The Your company, like many others in the aerospace industry, is inevitably inundated with requests for basic quality data, copies of National Airworthiness Authority (NAA) approvals, and asked to complete or provide a self assessment of your quality system. At best your own website has the data available for download and you have to re-direct the query; at worst your Quality Department has to consume its finite resources to collate and send the data to the requestor using conventional or electronic post. Equally you are probably spending too
much time tracking down the data for your own supplier audits. Then,
having made the initial request, you have to follow-up with many reminders
using time you can ill afford. It will be much easier and quicker
going to Currency is paramount; obsolete data on one customer undermines all on the website. For this reason we require as a minimum that a self assessment form be validated or replaced every twelve months. The form can be of your own design or we can provide a generic self assessment questionnaire based on internationally and industry recognised standards, that can be downloaded for completion and return. We update our own form as often as is needed to make it acceptable to your customers. If you have a suggestion for a change please let us know. We continuously monitor the currency of your data you provide and give ample warning if it is approaching obsolescence. Each geographic location normally requires a separate entry due to having at least one unique NAA approval certificate. The data displayed and stored by Aerocerts are not subject to any export restrictions. If you would
